This week I was accused of having a PhD in Blackboard. I have checked Blackboard's training program here and see nothing about them offering a PhD program yet...but who knows maybe one day. Seriously, I do have a PhD but it is from an accredited university and is in Applied Management and Decision Sciences. But the comment got me thinking on doing a post that shows how much clients have to learn

One MVP's Quest To Name A Bb Support Moose, While Reaching Users

In Review: One Administrators Day At Bb Headquarters

YouTube, Video Everywhere, and Movies in Learn

I hear users state that they have a video in YouTube but Blackboard Inc's (Bb) YouTube mashup is not finding it, so it most be broke. Or that the Video Everywhere is useless because it only captures what the camera sees. I try an point out that it is how they tools are used and what they are trying to do with that matters.
