New FREE Blackboard B2, allows adjustments to LEARN

A "B2" is nothing more than a building block. It is just a shortcut used sometimes by Blackboard (Bb) staff and system administrators. If you are a system administrator, I am sure you have experienced frustration trying to find a CSS file or properties file within the Bb Learn system. I know I have.
