Blackboard Developers Conference Day 2 In Review

My day started off with an early web meeting with Blackboard (Bb) Support Tier 2 Engieer Charles Cloutier, with Tier 3 on standby. Sadly the hotel wi-fi just was supportive of this activity. We opted for Charles doing direct backend data extraction and quickly learned that Tier 3 needed to handle. I really appreciate Charles working around my DevCon session schedule, so I can get a problem
