Blackbaord SP11 is designed with students in mind

Most of my day as a Blackboard (Bb) system administrator is spent monitoring the system, finding ways to improve performance, working with vendors to develop Learn integrations, and troubleshooting request for support. While I enjoy that, but one of my favorite this to do is talk with students about the technology. It is interesting how some students think they do not have a voice about
