Sometimes Blackboard System Administrator Is The Problem

I always tell my students at Lord Fairfax Community College that no one is a total "technology expert". With the rapid speed in which technology changes, there is always something to learn. Area experts do exist though and Dictionary.com agrees as "expert" is defined there as "A person who has a comprehensive and authoritative knowledge of or skill in a particular area."
