Blackboard Content Editor & Snapshot to SIS Integration

Peter DiFalco, from California State University provided several Blackboard (Bb) System Administrators a good explanation as to why Bb users cannot just right click and paste into the new Content Editor, but instead have to use the keyboard shortcuts like CTRL-V.
