Waypoint Outcomes & Blackbaord?

I received a flyer in the mail from WayPoint Outcomes. At first glance, I said why Blackboard Learn 9.1 (Bb) already has rubrics. I opened up the mailer because they portrayed Bb as an acorn and them as the big tree on the front, I had to learn more since they are an exhibitor at BbWorld (Booth 228). The company discription listed in their virtual booth says "Waypoint Outcomes is the software
